Hopefully by now, you've been digging into some of your wedding planning and making all kinds of decisions (design choices, and food tastings, and timelines, OH MY!). We wanted to remind you that you don't have to go through all that planning by yourself!
The Event Guru Team at Encore Events is here to make this process as easy (and dare we say, fun?) as possible. In that spirit, it's time for you to schedule your Planning Check Up Seminar! We'll show you how to use our planning site, solve any planning headaches you've had, and help you make some design decisions.
And here’s the fun part: Just like your venue’s group tastings, this seminar is a group sesh with other awesome couples planning their big day too! Think of it as a wedding planning party - because why tackle the to-do list solo when you can vibe with other couples on the same journey? This check-up is your next step to locking in your entertainment plans with Encore. We’ll guide you through our planning site, solve any planning headaches you’ve run into, and help you make key design decisions. Basically, we’re here to knock out that never-ending to-do list together.
Need a Refresher? Or have a quick Question?
No problem! You’re welcome to join as many sessions as you like. Whether you need a refresher or want to dive deeper into something - we’ve got you covered. Or if you just want to get to your questions, skip the full walk through part of the seminar and pop in about half way through for the live Q&A at the end of every session! We’ll be ready to answer all your burning questions on the spot.
MEETING TIP
Please make sure you log into your zoom on a desktop computer, laptop, or a tablet device. We will be sharing our screen to go through the portal with you and it will help this to be a much more positive and productive experience if you're using one of these devices. Also, if you're using a tablet with mobile service, please ensure that you are not traveling and are in a quiet enough space so that we can hear each other as we go over intricate details for your wedding celebration.

Just so you know, this will not take away from or replace the Planning Workshop you will have with your DJ! The Planning Workshop will be scheduled about 4-6 weeks before your wedding. This Planning Check Up Seminar will get you started and the Planning Workshop with your DJ will help you finalize as many details as possible.
